The engineering division of G. Berkovich offers advanced engineering solutions for high pressure industrial washing machines, those intended for cleaning geometrically complex particles in high water pressure. 

There is a constant need in the industry for cleaning metal particles from waste and contaminators such as grease, dust, paint, corrosion, and alike, which reside in narrow passages and inaccessible places. The only way to clean them is by aggressively blast liquid directly in high pressure. This cleaning principle can be combined with brushing or other cleaning actions. High pressure washing is divided to high pressure washing using hot or cold liquid. The efficiency of the high-pressure wash is evaluated by the pressure level and the rate of flow. When the high-pressure and the level of flow are higher, a better washing ability is received. 

Our company specializes in designing and building machines that can reach to approximately 100 bar pressure, combining special sealing systems. Customization according to the client’s needs is possible. The system is controlled and allows full management of all the parameters using PLC touch screen.
